Delete your account

You can permanently delete your MusicPro account and its data at any time.

In the Android app

Open MusicPro and go to Profile.
Scroll to Settings and tap Delete account.
Confirm with Delete forever.

On the website

Sign in and open Profile.
Click Delete account at the bottom and confirm.

Can’t sign in?

Email admin@musicpro.hickter.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, email, Google link, picture), liked songs, playlists, listening history, download records, sign-in sessions and notification tokens are deleted immediately and permanently. Songs downloaded to your phone are removed when you uninstall the app. Anonymous security logs may be kept for up to 30 days.
